Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (this “Policy”) supplements, and is incorporated by reference into, our Terms of Use. It applies to all use of the websites, platform, and online services operated by DeepMyst, Inc. (the “Services”). Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Use. If you violate this Policy, you may lose access to the Services.

Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use the Services, and may not create, generate, upload, share, or otherwise make available content through the Services, for any of the following purposes:

• Illegal activity. You may not use the Services to engage in, promote, or facilitate any activity that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Graphic, harmful, or explicit content. You may not create or share content that is graphically violent, gory, obscene, or sexually explicit, or that promotes or encourages self-harm or suicide. You may not use the Services to produce terrorist or violent-extremist content, or any content that threatens public safety.
• Hate speech. You may not use the Services to create or share content that attacks, harasses, or disparages an individual or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other similar protected characteristic.
• Intellectual-property infringement. You may not copy, plagiarize, or misappropriate the content or intellectual property of others without permission. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload or generate using the Services.
• Malicious or deceptive practices. You may not use the Services to distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code; to offer counterfeit goods or services; or to engage in fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive practices, including spam and phishing.
• Privacy violations.You may not use the Services to share or expose another person's personal or private information without their consent.
• Interfering with the Services. You may not use the Services in any way that interferes with, overburdens, or negatively impacts the Services or any connected third-party services, including through automated scraping, crawling, or other abusive access patterns.
• Unauthorized access or hacking. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, network, or data, or otherwise circumvent the security or access controls of the Services.

Enforcement

We may, but are not obligated to, review content and conduct on the Services. Where we believe this Policy or the Terms of Use has been violated, we may remove or refuse content and suspend or terminate accounts, in accordance with our Terms of Use.
